This version gives Ryu a translucent purple treatment, creating a dramatically different presentation from the standard white-gi release while retaining the articulation and accessories of the Storm Arena figure. The set includes two head sculpts, two pairs of interchangeable hands, a Hadoken effect and figure stand.

Most importantly, this isn't simply another color sitting alongside the regular retail Ryu. It was released as an Image Anime Exclusive, and Canadian retailer AnimeXtreme describes the release as limited to 500 pieces worldwide.
