G.I. Joe Retro Dr. Mindbender • Cobra Enemy • Hasbro Carded Figure

Cobra's most twisted scientific mind returns — and he's ready to take control.

Dr. Mindbender, the infamous Cobra scientist and master of mind control, returns in Hasbro's G.I. Joe Retro Collection, bringing one of the franchise's most unforgettable villains back to the battlefield.

Once an orthodontist experimenting with electrical brainwave stimulation, Dr. Mindbender transformed himself into a brilliant but sinister mastermind. Now, dressed in his unmistakable purple trousers, silver harness, black cape and signature monocle, he's ready to put his experiments to work for Cobra.

This modern interpretation captures the character's classic appearance with detailed sculpting, articulated construction and an assortment of sinister scientific weaponry and accessories. The vintage-inspired blister card features dramatic character artwork and a classic-style file card on the reverse, making it especially appealing to collectors who remember the original G.I. Joe figures.
